In the Pumpkin Patch
Today we went to a pumpkin patch to select our official Halloween pumpkin, as well as a personal sized pumpkin for Sophia. More pumpkin related pictures can be found in the October 2010 photo gallery.
Sophia playing with Opa
The love affair with boxes continues. Here is a video of Sophia (with an empty Mountain Dew box on her head) playing with Opa Slok.
Sophia vs. The Alphabet
Sophia is currently learning the alphabet, and is fairly adept at identifying uppercase letters as well as saying the entire alphabet. Here is a video of Sophia saying her letters. She is quite fascinated by mommy’s iPhone, which proves to be a bit of a distraction. There is a lot of camera movement, so I apologize for any motion sickness.
Counting with Sophia
Sophia is able to visually recognize numbers 1 through 10. Here is a video of Sophia and I counting. I write the numbers on her Magna Doodle and she says the number as we count to 10.
